Luca Dossena
Chief of Staff
Luca is the Chief of Staff to the CEO. In close contact with all members of the leadership team, Luca plays a key role in supervising and executing on strategic and management projects at Polis Analysis. He first joined Polis as a Researcher in February 2021, and he also held the role of Senior Analyst between September 2021 and November 2022. Alongside his experience at Polis Analysis, Luca has professional experience in national and European politics, having worked at the European Parliament as well as for a major Italian political party. Luca holds a BSc in International Relations and Global Affairs from the Catholic University of Milan and an MSc in Defence, Development and Diplomacy from Durham University.
