Thomas founded Polis Analysis in October 2019 and is responsible for the management and strategic direction of the organisation. Alongside his role as CEO at Polis Analysis, Thomas is the Founder and Executive Director at the Council for Countering Online Disinformation (CCOD). Thomas brings a wealth of international professional experience in the political sphere, having worked as a senior political lobbyist at three leading FTSE 100 companies, in the UK Parliament and in a UK political party. Thomas is a Rising Leader Fellow and Ambassador at the Aspen Institute. He holds a BA History degree from University College London (UCL), an MSc Political Science degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and an MPhil in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge.

Joe is the Chief of Staff at Polis Analysis. Keeping the organisation aligned, whilst coordinating across multiple teams, Joe translates vision into action. Holding a First Class Bachelor’s degree from the University of Leeds, Joe has worked as Head of Desk at Global Weekly, responsible for managing a small team of Analysts focused on political risk and intelligence in the East African region. Away from Polis, he is currently completing an MA in International Relations at King’s College London.

As Head of Research and Intelligence at Polis Analysis, Caio oversees the firm's methodological frameworks and research output. His background is rooted in corporate investigations, including previous work at the Center for Advanced Defense Studies (C4ADS) focusing on misconduct in mining supply chains and shipping networks. A former Research Assistant at MIT, he continues to work as an independent contractor for global due diligence firms with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. Caio holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BSc from the University of Amsterdam.

Rohit is Head of Legal, Finance and Operations at Polis Analysis. Alongside his role at Polis Analysis, Rohit works in Investment Funds within the private equity space at one of the world’s leading law firms. He has obtained a range of professional experience in the legal and political sphere, having worked in a multitude of multinational and medium sized law firms and as a pro-bono legal advisor. He also has experience in working in the UK Parliament. Alongside his studies, Rohit held roles in UK youth politics. Rohit has a BA Politics and East European Studies degree from University College London and an MA Law degree from University of Bristol.
